Description

We consider the relationships developed over the last 20+ years to be the company's greatest asset. Our deal pipeline is consistently full from inbound leads. Our outbound marketing is minimal because the deals come to us through our industry relationships and directly from property owners.

While other managers chase the same deals, we often times will get the first look at all property sales. That means if other operators are buying in the Florida Gulf Coast, there is a good chance we already passed on that particular deal.
